Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
“At Queanbeyan Public School, everyone is a learner from the youngest student to the Principal. We promote a respectful and safe learning environment where all students can connect, succeed and thrive. We foster a learning environment that maximises each child’s potential and where students can take the lead role in their learning. Queanbeyan Public School is a dynamic, well-equipped school, with highly trained professional staff. Our whole school Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) initiative supports students to be responsible, respectful and resilient learners. There is a very strong school-community connection with a very active parent group that is involved in all areas of school life. I look forward to welcoming you to our community, building strong, positive relationships and collaborating to improve outcomes for your child."
